Develop Saint john absorbed Saint john Industrial Parks Ltd in 2018. Develops asset base includes a Barge Facility in the Spruce Lake Industrial Park with access to over 30 acres of laydown and marshalling yard adjacent the heavy move facility.
There are 2 fabricating shops (LMC & ES Fox) with direct access to the facility. With approximately 8m of tide the facility can accept barges up to 100′ by 400′ and up to 21′ of moulded depth.
