Northland Power

Northland produces electricity from clean natural gas and biomass, and from renewable energy
sources such as wind and solar. The company partners with First Nations, municipalities and
independent developers to develop and operate power-generation facilities in Canada, Europe and
other selected jurisdictions. Northland sells electricity under long-term revenue contracts that
ensure sustainable value for customers, shareholders and communities. The company maintains
an active development program to discover new and innovative power-generation opportunities to
